Subject: Not quite an exam dare
Given
that it is approaching noon, I think I can now have the last
word.
- Lunch
will still be on. Meet outside Wagamama on Lime Street, King Street
Wharf at 1:00 (delayed from 12:30). I will check my credit card limit
before I go. I might have to sort out my Practical Experience
Requirement sign-offs, so there may be some variance in timing.
- Depending
on work requirements, I might be able to stay for the afternoon (say, at
Cargo). No guarantees here. It turns out that we are very busy
during this particular Christmas-New Year period, with hardly anybody is
taking leave. Everybody is doing work.
- As for
"exotic items", for those who are selected from a host of
applicants, you may be able to sample the "Kelvin Mo Celebratory
Vanilla Custard" some time next week. Custard is exotic enough
(for me). Iris has the honour of making the suggestion.
Thank you
for your participation. A collection of "the best
of" messages (appropriately de-spammed) will be available from
journal.koinic.net shortly.
