I went to the Apple store in Osaka. Big deal… It’s exactly the same as the next-byte stores that are around already, except they dedicate an entire floor to tech support.
I must admit that the Next Byte store at 175 Pitt Street is closer to work.
I wonder what the will be is like, given my earlier experience?
