War of the Worlds
Watched War of the Worlds with UG last night.
Assessment in short: poor-fair.
My main complaint is that the denouement is not satisfying. Good stories, like good sermons, should build up geniune tension, and provide a satisfactory resolution. The movie fails on the second part (without spoiling it for anyone who has not seen it yet).
